The sincere gratitude of this house goes out to all persons who were able to make out time to be at the Parish general meeting today. We appreciate your sacrifices, which paramount of all was disregarding the rains and cold weather, and coming out against all odds.
For those who sent in their excuses, we appreciate your courtesy and pray to have you present next time, because your presence is very IMPORTANT as it can make A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE.
For those who were absent due to non-information or non-receipt of an official invitation or a reminder; on behalf of the Secretariat, we apologise for the inevitable break-down in communication. While promising to do better next time, we urge you to please send in your contact details to the Secretariat directly or through your society Exco so that you don't miss out on vital pieces of information in future.
And for those who stayed away without any justifiable cause, we pray you to please COME OUT, let us PUT HEADS TOGETHER, even as we place ALL HANDS ON DECK to make CYON Aka a better place.
Come let's Join Hands to Build... Together, we will ACHIEVE Enviable Grounds and CONQUER New Grounds...
For God and For Youth...!
